File processing

Files selected in FilePremise tool pages are processed by code running in your web browser. We do not provide an endpoint that receives file contents and do not store uploaded file content in our database. There is no FilePremise database in this build.

Browser storage

We store selected interface preferences, optional analytics consent, and anonymous counters for this browser using localStorage. These counters include tool identifiers and event times, never the contents or names of processed files. Temporary results remain in browser memory until released or the tab closes.

PDF libraries and third parties

PDF tools currently download JavaScript from an external content delivery network, which can receive ordinary request information such as your IP address. Our own code does not intentionally send selected files to that network. Review third-party scripts and self-host them before claiming comprehensive privacy guarantees.

Analytics and ads

Google Analytics is disabled unless an operator configures a GA4 ID and you opt in. Google AdSense is not active in this build. If activated, third parties may process browsing information under their own policies; consent and disclosures must be updated first.

Security statement

No internet-connected service is perfectly secure. Avoid processing highly sensitive data until you have independently evaluated the software and the particular file format.
